Capability

Two hubs.One corridor.

The UAE and Singapore are the two gateways most international businesses choose, and the corridor between them is one of the most active in the world. We advise on entering either, and on operating across both.

Local knowledge. International perspective.

The problem

Where entriesgo wrong.

Rarely at the registration stage. Almost always in the decisions made before and after it.

  • 01The structure was chosen for speed of setup, then constrained the business a year later.
  • 02Banking took months because the entity and the activity did not sit comfortably together.
  • 03Licensing did not cover what the business actually intended to do.
  • 04A local specialist was needed and there was no way to judge who was credible.
  • 05The parent company and the new entity were never designed to work together.
  • 06The business now operates in both markets, with duplicated everything.

What we do

How we advise.

Deliberately broad and senior. We are not a company-formation packager, and we will not present ourselves as one.

01

Entry

Getting the foundational decisions right.

  • UAE business advisory
  • Singapore business advisory
  • Market-entry and expansion guidance
  • Business structuring guidance
02

Coordination

Navigating the parties an entry actually involves.

  • Regulatory and government coordination
  • Local specialist and service-provider coordination
  • Documentation and process management
  • Banking and operational setup support
03

Cross-border

Operating in both markets as one business.

  • Cross-border business support
  • UAE–Singapore business connectivity
  • Shared systems across entities
  • Group reporting and visibility

How it runs

The order wework in.

01

Commercial intent

What the business is actually trying to do in the market. Everything structural follows from this and nothing is decided before it.

02

Jurisdiction and structure

Which market, which structure, which licensing — assessed against the activity, not against setup cost alone.

03

Specialist selection

We coordinate the legal, tax and formation specialists the entry requires, and manage them rather than introducing you and stepping back.

04

Execution

Registration, licensing, banking and operational setup run as a managed project with a single point of contact.

05

Operational readiness

The entity needs systems, a brand and a way of working. This is where the other Nexformation capabilities join.

06

Ongoing

As the business grows across both markets, the structure and systems are reviewed against where it has actually got to.

Outcomes

What changesas a result.

A structure that lasts

Decisions made against a three-year view of the business rather than the fastest route to a licence.

Specialists you can trust

Coordinated and managed by us, so you are not assessing credibility in an unfamiliar market.

One corridor, one business

UAE and Singapore operations that work as a single organisation instead of two disconnected entities.

Operational from day one

Entity, brand and systems ready together, so registration is not the end of the work.

Questions

The thingsclients ask.

No. Business setup is a transaction; this is advisory. We advise on whether, where and how to enter, then coordinate the specialists who execute it. If all you need is a licence processed, a formation agent will serve you better and we will say so.

These two are where our depth is, and we are honest about that. For other markets we can advise on the commercial and structural thinking and coordinate local specialists, but we will not claim regulatory depth we do not have.

Yes, and it is one of the most common engagements. The value is in designing the two entities to operate as one business — shared systems, consistent brand, group-level visibility — rather than standing up a second company in isolation.

We coordinate and manage it, working with licensed specialists in each jurisdiction. You deal with us; we deal with them. That is the model across every Nexformation capability.
